How long does delivery take?
We hand build, and thorougly test and burn in all of our PCs. Once this process is complete, we send the computer via next day courier. Depending on the complexity of the build you have chosen this whole process will take typically between 2-5 working days. You will be advised of an ETA upon order.
Can I collect in store?
Absolutely! We'd be delighted to meet you in person (if we haven't already) and show you your new PC working before you take it away.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes! We can offer personal delivery within a 15 mile radius or more of Worcester. If we see the delivery address is within this range we will contact you to offer you this option.

Can I customise a PC?
Yes. We can build you anything you want. Simply contact us to arrange an appointment where we can go through the whole design process from start to finish to deliver the build you want, to your exact specifications and budget, or if you want one of the builds on our website but want something swapped out, tweaked, or changed, this is absolutely possible too.
Can I customise a PC?
All of our PC's are build on an order-by-order basis so they are custom built. We don't deal with pre-builds as we think they're naff.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! All of our builds are designed with the inevitable future upgrade in mind.
Warranty & Support

What warranty do you offer?
All of our builds come with between a 2 and a 5 year warranty as standard. See each build for details of its individual warranty.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You contact us straight away! All of our machines are covered by comprehesive warranties. We've in in the IT service game for over 30 years so there won't be many things we can't, or haven't seen or resolved before. Your experience is important to us, and we go about dealing with issues the way we'd hope to be looked after ourselves. Do unto others, as you'd have them, do unto you!
Do you offer support after purchase?
Absolutely! Your purchase is only the first part of your relationship with Worcester Computers. Any issues or questions you have, even if they aren't related to your build or your computer, we are happy to feild and assist with. Just call us or email us and we can help over the phone, remotely online, or in person (as long as you don't live in NZ!).

Can I See PC's in store?
Yes. In our Pump Street locatino we have a sdecletion of builds, cases and peripherals you can peruse before you buy, to give you an idea of what to expect.
Can I try gaming setups?
We have 13 high end PC's available to try before you buy, or hire, in our dedicated Pixelcandy Esports centre, along with a selection of other gaming setups you can try in our physcial store.
Do you offer advice in person?
Yes. This is the heartbeat of our business. We pride ourselves on our customer focussed, face to face consultancy and advice offering. We're here to talk to you about your computer requirements, advise on components and builds or you can simply bounce questions you may have off of us any time! It's what we do. It's why we're here.
