By purchasing products or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Products & Services
Worcester Computers supplies:
- Custom-built PCs
- Computer hardware and peripherals
- Repair and upgrade services
- Business IT services
- Technical support services
- Gaming and esports-related services
All products and services are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders caused by pricing or listing mistakes
- Adjust prices without prior notice
Orders may not be dispatched until full payment has cleared.
4. Custom Built Systems
Custom-built systems are assembled to order.
Estimated build times are approximate and may vary due to:
- Component availability
- Supplier delays
- Seasonal demand
- Testing requirements
Worcester Computers reserves the right to substitute components with equivalent or better alternatives where necessary due to stock shortages or discontinued products.
Any substitutions will not materially reduce system performance.
5. Product Images & Specifications
Images shown on our website are for illustration purposes only.
Actual products may vary slightly in:

- Component branding
- Case revisions
- Internal layouts
Performance figures, FPS estimates, and benchmark data are approximate and may vary depending on software, drivers, game updates, and system configuration.
6. Delivery & Collection
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Worcester Computers is not liable for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Supplier delays
- Weather
- Force majeure events
Customers must inspect deliveries promptly and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.
7. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Worcester Computers until paid for in full.
8. Repairs & Service Work
Customers must ensure devices provided for repair:
- Are legally owned by them
- Do not contain illegal material
- Have important data backed up
Customers are responsible for removing passwords where necessary to allow testing and repair.
While reasonable care is taken, Worcester Computers accepts no liability for:
- Data loss
- Software corruption
- Lost licences
- Interrupted business activity
9. Abandoned Repairs & Uncollected Items
Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days after notification may:
- Incur storage fees
- Be recycled, resold, or disposed of to recover costs
Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the customer beforehand.
10. Warranty
Warranty coverage is subject to the terms outlined within our Warranty Policy.
Warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Liquid damage
- Misuse
- Malware or software issues
- Unauthorised modifications
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worcester Computers shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Loss of data
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Downtime or interruption
Nothing within these terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud
- Rights protected under UK consumer law
12. Gaming Floor / Pixelcandy Gaming
Users of our gaming and esports facilities must:
- Follow staff instructions
- Respect equipment and other customers
- Avoid abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour
Worcester Computers reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry
- Suspend bookings
- Remove customers without refund where behaviour is unacceptable
Parents or guardians remain responsible for children using the facility.
13. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers purchasing online may have cancellation rights under UK distance selling regulations.
Custom-built or personalised systems may be subject to reduced cancellation rights once production has begun.
Refunds may be reduced where products show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive use beyond reasonable inspection.
14. Privacy

15. Changes To These Terms
Worcester Computers reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
